UK mainland delivery is free for orders over £250 and costs just £11.95 for orders under £250.
Once your order has been dispatched from the factory, you will receive a tracking number and link via email so you can follow the progress of your delivery. Please note that due to increased demand, deliveries may take longer than usual.

Is the delivery fee calculated per individual item or is it a one-time charge for the entire order?

As soon as you place your order, we'll keep you in the loop at every stage through email updates. Additionally, you can monitor your order's status with our online tracking tool. Upon dispatch, we'll send you an email confirmation.
What happens if I'm not at home when the courier tries to deliver my package?
Deliveries typically occur between 8am and 6pm, except on Sundays. A signature is required upon delivery. If you're unavailable, the courier may attempt to leave the package with a neighbor or at your local Post Office, and will leave a notification card explaining the location of your parcel. If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again the next business day before holding the parcel at the local depot for further instructions.
The package seems to be damaged, what should I do?
Our items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. However, if you notice that the package appears damaged upon arrival, please indicate this by marking it as 'damaged' on the courier's delivery note. If you later discover that the product itself is damaged, don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for assistance in resolving the issue.
