Returns Information

All of our blinds and accessories are made to order and therefore are not covered under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Any damages or defects must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery or we are unable to accept any returns.

Faulty goods are covered by a manufacturers guarantee up to 2 years. This does not affect your statutory rights.
